Embodied Resonance with SUNS OF YOGA

We are delighted to welcome yogi, poet and creative multidisciplinary Isaac Briscoe to THE WAY. Blending his background as an artist and sound engineer, Isaac focuses on curating deeply restorative spaces where sound and art can interplay with holistic wellness. This August, join us for Embodied Resonance: a multi-sensory workshop designed to help you step out of the analytical mind and drop into mind-body connection. Together, you will ground the body, calm the nervous system, and return to full absolute presence. Playing between creative and mindful movement and the stillness of Yin Yoga, you will let the practice unfold to a live soundtrack of symphonic gongs, bowls, and chimes. These vibrational frequencies will intertwine with spoken poetry and brief moments for quiet and reflective journaling. An invitation to shed mental chatter and soften gradually into your embodiment.
