ROMI
Founder
Jivamukti, Yin, Sound
Trained under the Jivamukti influence, Romi's work orbits around all aspects of a yoga practice where philosophy and ethics are as important as the body. Helping you find equity between movement, meditation and sound, her teaching rests on the belief that stillness and motion are reflections of one another, and both equally necessary for higher consciousness and liberation.

SULGI
Vinyasa, Hatha
Sulgi is a yoga teacher from New Zealand. She had always been curious about yoga, but it was only after moving to the UK that she found the time to bring it into her daily life. What began as a few practices a week soon grew into a daily routine, and during the pandemic, yoga was what refreshed her every day. Through her practice, she discovered the benefits of yoga in building strength, endurance, and resilience - as well as the power of breath and stillness for the mind.

MIM
Sound
Mim is a sound healer from Kuala Lumpur. His practice is rooted in ancient Indian and Malay traditions, guided by the elements; water, earth, fire, air and deep intentionality. Through sound, Mim holds space for participants to reconnect with their body + mind + spirit for presence and inner alignment. His deeply creative personality weaves throughout every sound journey he holds.

SOPHIA
Ashtanga, Rocket
Sophia teaches with spirit and strength: guiding both Ashtanga and Rocket classes, practices that balance discipline and focus, steadiness and lift. Her classes move with intention, warmth, and an energy that reminds you why movement can feel like devotion. Through thoughtful assists and rhythm, she invites you to move to a deeper inner place, exploring beyond your own limitations.
From Hawaii based in Oxford, Micon is passionate about helping students cultivate inner awareness through mindful yoga practice, creating space for balance, growth, and well-being. She believes that strong foundations are key to building confidence, preventing injury, and supporting a safe progression into more advanced postures. With an emphasis on safe alignment and the harmonious integration of breath, movement, and mind, her classes are grounding, supportive, and accessible to all levels. Through thoughtful guidance and tailored variations, she encourages each student to develop a practice that is both sustainable and deeply rewarding.
