Booking, Refund and Returns Policy - Customers must book through our website or app before coming to a class. Drop-ins available only subject to availability. 
​All bookings for classes, workshops, 1:1 sessions, and other services are non-refundable once purchased. Transfers to another person / date may be possible at our discretion. Essential oil pulse oils and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. If product arrive damaged or faulty,

so we can arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
