Relax - pulse oil

Whether to use as daily application (5% dilution) or therapeutic use (10% dilution), pulse oils are an easy to carry tool for promoting emotional balance, enhancing well-being, and providing a moment of (re)connection throughout the day.

How to use: 

For daily application (5% dilution), consider applying a small amount of pulse oil to the pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears) or desired areas, gently massage in for an uplifting or soothing effect throughout the day. Ideal to enhance mood depending on the blend. 

For therapeutic use (10% dilution), consider applying on targeted areas such a sore muscles, tension spots, or to help calm and restore your balance. Massage into the skin with gentle circular motion. Perfect for therapeutic benefits when you need an extra support or relief.

Note: always perform a patch test before in concerns of skin sensitivities. For sensitive skin or unfamiliar with essential oil, we recommend starting with 5% dilution.
