as a way home
We live surrounded by noise: the world's, and our own.
Listening is the ability that leads us beneath it.
Frequency is woven into the fabric of existence; everything moves,
vibrates, resonates, from the smallest particles to the rhythms of our own bodies.
Somewhere between all these resonances there is silence, a place underneath the roles we inhabit,
the things we carry and the stories we tell ourselves.
Nāda [sound · vibration · resonance] is where sound is understood as one of the most
elemental expressions of existence itself.
To follow sound towards its source is ultimately to encounter silence.
Sound holds a very special place for us at THE WAY.

Booking, Refund and Returns Policy - Customers must book through our website or app before coming to a class. Drop-ins available only subject to availability.
All bookings for classes, workshops, 1:1 sessions, and other services are non-refundable once purchased. Transfers to another person / date may be possible at our discretion. Essential oil pulse oils and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. If product arrive damaged or faulty, please contact
